Lisa Gebbert Business thinking. Clear communication.
Communication with a business perspectiveClarity starts here

01 / What I do

Good communication isn’t
about adding more words.
It’s about finding the right ones.

I combine business thinking, communication and structure to transform information into clear, professional output.

01

Website &
landing page copy

Clear, persuasive website messaging designed around the customer and the action you want them to take.

Make your value understood
02

LinkedIn &
founder content

Strategic LinkedIn content that turns expertise and ideas into credible, engaging thought leadership.

Give your expertise a voice
03

Business
communication

Professional rewriting and structuring of emails, customer communication, presentations and business documents.

Say what matters, clearly
04

Process & SOP
documentation

Turning complex workflows and scattered information into clear, practical procedures and documentation.

Make knowledge usable

02 / Selected work

From scattered
to considered.

Three examples of how I think, write and structure.
Self-initiated concept projects, not client commissions.

Case 01 Concept project

Homepage transformation

A fictional operations consultancy. One clear message for a founder with too much on their plate.

Website copy

Before / Generic messaging

“Innovative solutions for your business success.”

We offer a wide range of tailored business solutions. Our dedicated team is committed to excellence and helping companies reach their full potential. Contact us to find out more.

After / Customer-focused copy

Your business is growing.
Your processes should keep up.

Still chasing updates, fixing handovers and answering the same questions? We help founders turn day-to-day bottlenecks into clear workflows, so the team can move forward without everything coming back to you.

Let’s find your first bottleneck

The thinking Replace broad promises with a recognisable problem, a clear service and a specific next step.

Case 02 Concept project

Founder LinkedIn content

A fictional founder’s reflection on making everyday work simpler. An opinion with something useful behind it.

Founder voice

Input / Rough founder notes

“Why are we making this so complicated?”

Team keeps asking the same questions. Answers in different places. We made one simple handover checklist. Less back and forth. Want a post about simplicity, not another productivity hack. Keep it human.

Final content / LinkedIn post

I used to think that answering every question made me a helpful founder.

Then I noticed how often I was answering the same ones.

The team didn’t need more reminders. They needed one place to find what a good handover looked like.

So we made a simple checklist: what’s done, what’s next and who owns it.

Less back and forth. Fewer things left to interpretation.

Before you ask people to work faster, ask yourself:
Have I made the work clear enough?

The thinking Keep the founder’s observation. Build a natural narrative. End with a question worth considering.

Case 03 Concept project

Process to SOP

A fictional customer support workflow. Practical instructions that make ownership and next steps explicit.

Operational clarity

Raw information / Operational notes

“Can someone pick this up?”

Customer issues arrive by email. Check order number. Sometimes missing. Put in tracker. Urgent ones to team lead. Whoever picks it up should reply by next working day. Don’t close until resolved. Save what we did. If missing order number, ask customer. Owner follows up.

Structured output / Sample SOP

Handling a customer issue

Purpose: Every issue has an owner, a response and a recorded resolution.
Owner: Assigned support team member.

  1. Log & assignCreate a tracker entry with the customer’s details, issue and named owner.
  2. VerifyCheck the order number. If missing, request it and mark the case “Awaiting customer”.
  3. Acknowledge & assessRespond by the next working day. Flag urgent issues to the team lead for prioritisation.
  4. Resolve & closeThe owner follows up, records the action taken and closes the case only once resolved.

The thinking Turn implicit knowledge into an ordered process, with clear ownership and a defined completion point.

03 / My approach

Thoughtful process.
Purposeful output.

A focused way of working, built around what you need to communicate. Clear decisions, efficient execution and careful attention to the finished work.

I identify the objective, audience and essential information.

02

Clarify

I remove noise and find the message or structure that matters.

03

I transform the information into clear, professional communication.

04

I review tone, clarity and usability before delivery.

04 / About Lisa

A business mind.
A human voice.

Lisa Gebbert

Business professional. Entrepreneur.
Based in Belgium.

I’m Lisa Gebbert, a business professional based in Belgium. I like making complicated things easier to understand and act on.

In my corporate work, I deal with business operations, stakeholder communication, process improvement and quality. That means working through complex information, understanding operational issues and turning them into clear next steps.

I’m often asking: what matters here, who needs to know it, and how can we make it easier to use? It’s how I approach a workflow, a business document or a piece of customer communication.

Alongside my corporate career, I have hands-on entrepreneurial experience. I understand the practical decisions behind an offer, the importance of clear communication and the need to get things done.

I’m now bringing these existing skills to freelance clients. My freelance practice is new; the professional experience behind it is already part of my everyday work.

When we work together, I bring business thinking, communication and structure, with a practical focus on creating something you can use.
